[地產資訊] 🚨最新消息！溫哥華市議會以 10:1 大比數，否決咗 Villages Plan。

原本計劃喺 17個社區增加住宅密度，希望興建更多房屋同完善社區配套，但因為收到大量居民反對，最終未獲通過。

咁對屋主、買家同投資者有咩影響？🤔

📌 今次否決，代表原本提出嘅方案唔會按原計劃推行，但唔代表未來唔會有新版本或其他發展方案，所以如果你正準備買樓，或者屋企喺相關社區，都值得留意之後嘅政策發展。

🚨 Breaking News: Vancouver City Council has voted 10–1 to reject the Villages Plan.

The proposal would have increased housing density across 17 neighbourhood villages to create more homes and community amenities. However, after significant public opposition, the plan was voted down.

What does this mean for homeowners, buyers, and investors? 🤔

📌 The current proposal will not move forward as planned, but this doesn’t necessarily mean the conversation is over. Future revisions or new housing policies could still be introduced, so it’s worth keeping an eye on if you own property or are planning to buy in Vancouver.
