Our busy law practice has a position open for an experienced Paralegal / Litigation Assistant. Our main office is in downtown Vancouver; our Satellite office is Surrey.
Generally
• Designation: paralegal or LAA
• Minimum 2 to 5 years in small firm setting in both Personal Injury/ Civil litigation; Experience in other area such as administrative
Specific experience:
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with distressed prospective and current clients in an appropriate and professional manner
• Interviewing clients and witness to adduce evidence based on questionnaires
• Drafting affidavits based on interviews
