Do you think that injuries such as pain syndromes or psychiatric conditions are ‘minor’?

Well ICBC does and so does the NDP government.

The NDP government announced legislation to rip away your rights and restricting you from receiving fair compensation.

An adjuster at ICBC NOT A Doctor will determine if your injury is minor.

So, unless you are a quadriplegic or have a brain injury, get ready for $5,500 in compensation for your life long injuries.

The good new is that if you are a distracted driver and destroy someone’s life, you get the same compensation as the person you injured.

Drive Safe today. Even I had a hard time waking up!

Daylight saving time can have tragic consequences on the road: Missing just 1–2 hours of sleep increases the chance of an accident.

Today on my way to work I witnessed 4 drivers run red lights. None, thank god, resulted in an accident.

In my view the NDP Government should educate drivers and penalize bad drivers not INNOCENT drivers who use the road.

As of now, the Government has purposed legislation to strip away innocent victims rights to recover damages by CAPPING your ICBC injury claim.

There are other methods of fixing ICBC and the short fix WILL not fix the long term problem- Bad Drivers!

The B.C. government will cap claims for minor injuries in automobile accidents at $5,500, as part of reforms designed to prevent rate hikes at the Insurance Corp. of B.C.

So why would you let ICBC treat your injuries the same as someone else. Car Accidents impact people in different ways. No two people are alike. Say NO to Injury Caps .
