Erika has significant sales leadership experience spanning multiple countries, disciplines and industry sectors; she has successfully closed $1B in sales business during her 17-year career. Joining PowerPlay Destination Properties in Fall 2010, Erika provides a strategic focus on business development and an emphasis on each project’s sales leadership, skill development, sales training and goal management. Known as an energetic team builder Mark has more than 18 years of international experience concluding complex transactions for real estate, foreign brand licensing and government military contracts. Jason has extensive experience in sales & marketing strategy development, project envisioning and Master-planning, and project oversight. He has worked on luxury and branded real estate developments throughout the United States, Mexico, New Zealand, and Canada, driving closed sales of over $1 Billion. Jason is passionate about destinations and projects with stories worth telling and articulating those those stories to the right people in the right place at the right time.
