Went to Diane Evans’ book launch at The Polygon Gallery last week and spotted this photo.

That motorcycle was actually my first bike. Cost me $400.

Meanwhile the gas station sign in the background says 46 cents a litre… which might be the real historical artifact here 😂

One thing I’ve learned over time…

Growth usually happens faster when you don’t do it alone.

In real estate and in most industries, the people who keep moving forward are the ones who stay open to learning, get around the right rooms, and invest in coaching.

I’ve been fortunate to cross paths with great mentors and people who genuinely want to see others win. Recently had the chance to reconnect with Matthew Ferry, which was a great reminder of how valuable those conversations can be.
