Regardless of the geopolitical situation back in the motherland, they never come back empty handed - even when their flights are cancelled!! This, however, is just a small representation of the generosity of our Iranian culture. 🗣Excited to finally share some BIG news! 💫

After 5 long years, our class action team and I secured a $12.5 million settlement in our class action against WestJet. ✈

Following our success defending an appeal from WestJet to overturn certification, Hammerco entered into mediation with WestJet in late 2023.

A tentative settlement was achieved at mediation, and finally on October 11, 2024, we achieved APPROVAL of the settlement from the Supreme Court of British Columbia. ⚖

Information regarding how members can submit their claim will be provided on November 11, 2024, following the conclusion of the appeal period.

In Roman mythology, Justicia (Justice) was one of the four Virtues along with Prudence, Fortitude and Temperance.
