Planning surrogacy or using a donor? Understanding the legal side of assisted reproduction is just as important as planning for your growing family.

Fertility agreements help clarify parental rights, responsibilities, expectations, and reimbursement arrangements before conception, reducing the risk of future disputes and uncertainty.

Whether you’re an intended parent, surrogate, or donor, having a clear agreement in place can help protect everyone involved.
