Supporting the next generation of professionals is something we value deeply at Triage Data Solutions.
This summer, we had the pleasure of welcoming Sydney Brooks-Parsons to the Triage team for her very first workplace experience.
At such a young age, Sydney stepped into a professional office environment with an incredible attitude, maturity, curiosity and genuine willingness to learn. From the beginning, she quickly became part of the team, providing valuable administrative support while learning about the day-to-day operations of a growing Canadian business.
Sydney approached every task with enthusiasm and professionalism. She asked thoughtful questions, took direction well, learned quickly and was always willing to jump in and help wherever she was needed. Most importantly, she didn’t just spend the summer learning from us, she made a meaningful contribution to our team.
There is something particularly rewarding about giving a young person their first opportunity to experience the working world and watching their confidence and skills develop along the way.
