Thanks to my fellow mediators Kristin Rizzo and Rich Paul for co-hosting a GREAT MCLE program through West Coast Resolution Group last week. According to the administrators, we had a "record-breaking turnout" for the class!

So excited to be working with kids in El Pescadero who want to learn English. When my son looked into volunteering to teach English this summer in El Pescadero (BCS), we learned that the only classes available are too expensive for most kids in the pueblo to attend. It's a shame because learning English can greatly enhance their lifetime earning potential. Our solution was to start an online English program that we're offering free to kids from the pueblo. I'm excited to announce that today I officially joined West Coast Resolution Group as a Neutral Mediator. This is something that has been in the works for years and I'm excited about this new phase of my career.

I came across this quotation in a book I was reading the other day. In today's fast-paced society where we are bombarded with stimuli and always seem to be "multi-tasking," I thought it was a good reminder to stop and listen. It's all about balance . . .
