When we look at patterns in today’s market, we are not just looking at numbers, but at repeated data.

What the repetition is showing is a rebalancing in how transactions are formed. Buyers are taking longer to make decisions, and that extended timeline has become a consistent part of how deals progress.

At the same time, stability in inventory and more measured pricing shifts indicate that most of the adjustment is happening through negotiation and positioning.

The takeaway is that the pattern isn’t necessarily that it is a slower market, it just requires a more strategic approach. Understanding what the market is showing is the first step. Knowing how to navigate it is where we add value.
