CLEBC’s Collections Practice Basics webinar is happening next week on Friday, October 30, offering practical guidance on the key steps and strategies involved in post-judgment recovery.

Explore how to enforce creditors’ rights, preserve assets before litigation, assess the costs and benefits of pursuing recovery, and identify and recover assets effectively. The course will also cover challenging situations involving vexatious litigants, debt protesters, and judgments when acting for the debtor.

Drawing on practical insights from CLEBC’s British Columbia Creditors’ Remedies: An Annotated Guide, this course will help you build a stronger understanding of collections practice and approach a range of recovery scenarios with greater confidence.
