EE will undergo a huge change since 2015 first be in place.

IRCC will have a new program class, Federal High Skilled class to replace the current 3 classes.

No matter what changes we would have, the main qualifications will remain no change, such as age, language skills, Canada education, Canada experience will still play major roles in the new class.

It is recommended that if you are not yet in the EE pool, you should do it now. If you are in the pool but haven’t yet been selected, do something to increase your CRS score, such as extending your Canadian experience, obtaining another Canadian education credential, improving your English skills, studying French…

The highly expected TR to PR program was soft-landed, details will be announced in April, next month.

While we don’t know the details yet, but applicants at least can start to prepare some documents which are mandatory for PR programs, such as your police clearance certificate, your language skills proof, your Canadian work experience proof, etc.,

IRCC said this program is targeted to workers in in-demand sectors.

Anyone noticed that the eligibility requirements changed from 6months to 1 year?

Yesterday’s ITAs unfortunately had included some candidates who have only 6months of experience.

Screenshot #1 is for yesterday, and #2 is for 2025-12-11

At the time if you don’t have 1year experience, better to decline your ITA. Sorry to say this.

​收到邀请函的朋友们，除了恭喜你们成功上岸，还有件很重要的信息要分享一下。
​
​图一: 昨天的MI说明，收到邀请函的申请人需要在过去3年有至少1年相关工作经验。
​
​图二: 是2025-12-11的MI说明，当时要请了1000人分数476。你知我知大家知，如图所示，之前的满足要求是在过去3年有连续6个月的相关经验。
​
​我没有关注到这个变化是啥时候官宣的，或者IRCC就只是悄咪咪的改了我们都不知道。
​
​那么问题来了，昨天收到ITA的客户，有一些是只有6个月经验的。IRCC内部系统没有调整好对他们也发出了ITA。
​
​如果你是其中的一员，最好decline你来之不易的ITA，然后静静的等下一次/几次邀请。
​
​同时不要忘记狠狠的骂出来解解气。

The EE profile pool is so rich for CEC candidates.

Lloydminster is a very special city, half of it belongs to Alberta and the other half belongs to Saskatchewan.

It is a peaceful small city with a good numb of businesses. Like a lot of other cities and towns in the remote, temporary foreign workers are the ones local businesses rely on for staffing.

Now because of the current TFW policy, their businesses are impacted so badly. Businesses can not operate without workers.

Not only new workers cannot come, their current workers are leaving.

This situation will happen to many cities, not only Lloydminster.

AAIP announced updates towards its Rural Renewal Stream which will take place in January 2026 with the two main changes:

1. New TEER-Based endorsement: for inland candidates, TEER 0-5 are all eligible, for Outland candidates, only TEER 0-3

2. Introduced ineligible occupations. Even the list is not long, 17 occasions included; but it doesn’t have such the list now.

It looks like that the designated community will have a cap of endorsements. But we don’t know if the allocation cap would the equally to everyone or each community’s quota is different.
