PMalik Law Firm is extremely delighted to share our achievement today at the Judicial pre trial, where our client is discharged from all the 8 counts of criminal charges.

The Crown had a very strong position seeking 4-5 months custody with 15 months of Probation. Fortunately we managed to get our client discharged without any single condition.

We further will be proceeding with a counter claim on the complainant seeking damages & compensation for all the suffering our client has undergone.
