Know your rights as an injured worker. Did you know that you only have six months to make a claim for your injuries? Countless times I've run into people who have had surgery for an injury that was caused from their place of work and it's too late to claim. As soon as you know you have been hurt on the job "REPORT IT" If your injury is gradual "REPORT IT"! How do you report it? See your employer, your doctor and fill out a Form 6. This will get you a claim number and a case manager with the WSIB.
