Today marks 13 years since Vlad Popescu landed in Thunder Bay, and we couldn’t be happier that he chose to make this community—and de Bakker Law—his home.

In that time, Vlad has become known for many things. A few that stick out are:
🐾 Being outnumbered by his two dogs Kinga and Doja,
⛵ His love for sailing whenever the big lake calls,
⚖️ And of course… his unmistakable enthusiasm for torts (yes, both the legal kind—and the pastries…).

Vlad, thank you for bringing your energy, your dedication, and your sense of humour to the team. Here’s to 13 years in Thunder Bay and many more adventures ahead!
