Long time no post! Something came up today that I thought should be addressed. When it comes to family law, once you get an Order - you cannot complaint about conduct that occurred before that Order was issued. If there are violations of an agreement- you have to raise and address them prior to any order. Otherwise, you will have to wait for more of the violations to occur to have standing to go before the Court. Now, this is very generalized and there are, of course, exceptions to every rule. PSLG would be happy to help guide you through and see if there is anything you can do in a situation like this.
