Pay heed...ICBC is stifflling the insured's right to a fair compensation. To categorize vast majority of injuries as minor injuries subject to a $5,500 cap is punishing those injured in road collisions without taking into consideration the fact how injuries can have a different and unique impact on an individuals life.
