Louise McKnight is an Associate Broker, and Part Owner of Bay Realty Ltd, a locally owned brokerage of over 35 years, Louise is known for offering her clients superior service. Louise’s experience in many different areas of real estate allows her to offer clients a diverse range of expertise from representing clients on the buying and selling side, investments, land purchases,

Prior to starting her real estate business, Leslie worked in the logistics industry importing and exporting goods between Asia and North America. This sharpened her negotiation skills dramatically and it becomes a valuable asset for her clients during real estate negotiations. Leslie assists clients with their real estate needs from educating clients about the pros and cons of various neighborhoods, working closely with clients to find their desired properties, to extensively marketing properties to targeted audiences, and helping her clients through transition and relocation. Leslie is widely connected with the local Chinese community, with special emphasis immigration, investment, and development. She is the Vice President of White Rock’s Chinese Association. Coming from a family of builders and being heavily involved in numerous projects throughout the South Surrey and White Rock peninsula, Ryan has an eye for design and detail. He is able to explain home functionality and construction features and design to potential buyers lacking construction knowledge. He is able to help his clients envision a space for its true potential and explain how their visions can be brought to a reality. Graduating with his Bachelors in Science, Ryan brings his ability to multitask and studiousness to the team. Ryan is able to recognize real estate values readily and continues to introduce innovate and unique marketing techniques for each property. Ryan has strong relationships with much of the local Punjabi community and works closely with local development specialist.
