BC has received 1,000 additional PNP nominations, with care-related occupations included among the priority areas.

And Healthcare isn't limited to doctors and nurses. Roles such as Medical Laboratory Assistant, Pharmacy Assistant, and Nurse Aide can also be part of the conversation.

In this case, an 18-year-old applicant from Punjab applied alongside his parents to visit his brother in Canada and the family’s Visitor Visas were approved.

Being threatened, underpaid, or forced to work unpaid overtime is not something a worker should have to accept.

In this case, a construction worker was being paid far less than the wage stated in his contract and was threatened with being sent back to India when he spoke up about overtime pay.
