Laura and John called me a Sharif the entire time lol but I don’t mind and never corrected them once. John called me back in August or so last year off of a listing inquiry. He was frustrated with trying to get financing in order to buy a condo although he had the down payment. Got him connected with a mortgage broker. Despite mortgage problems being resolved, there was months of going through personal matters, being frustrated with the market and just losing the motivation to buy. I finally had a discussion with John and what it would take for us to continue working together. Finally went for a buyer tour in Chilliwack and found John and Laura a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath spacious condo. No more renting. Congrats to both!

Another day another happy client!
