The market is not dead. It just needs the right strategy.

We’re hearing a lot of people say the market is slow, but that’s not the whole story. The Strathmore and surrounding area market has shifted, but buyers are still out there and they are still acting when the right property hits the market.

We recently sold 4 properties in under 2 weeks.

The difference right now is strategy.

✅ Correct pricing matters.
✅ Strong presentation matters.
✅ Professional marketing matters.
✅ Knowing your competition matters.
✅ Understanding the buyer pool matters.

Entry-level detached homes that are priced right are still moving well. Acreages can still move quickly when the property, land, location, and value proposition make sense. Higher-priced homes are taking more strategy because buyers have more choices. Condos are moving slower with more new construction inventory creating extra competition.

This is not a market where you can throw a sign up, overprice, and hope for the best.

But it is still a market where the right listing, launched the right way, can sell.
