I "LOVE" Stayner so much that my wife and I invested in business, commercial property, residential rentals & made this town our home. We LOVE Stayner and the whole of the Georgian triangle area how about you? Who am I? Larry Culham Realtor, community ambassador and winner of the Thomas Stayner Award in 2019. I live in downtown Stayner. I'm committed to building relationships with good people. Serving them with a high level of professional service and relying on those I serve to send me referrals. Servant leadership in community, with clients and friends is at the core of my value system. Giving back to the community is a key pillar of my business. I work here, live here, play here and re-invest right where I live. I can tell you about our kids favourite experiences growing up here, who's the best plumber and where to get the best lunch in town. I earn a living and spend my earnings here as well. I maintain good relations with Municipal Government and Staff. Keep up on local issues and participate in local events. I encourage buyers and sellers to seek informed local representation when they're buying and selling real estate with the Clearview area. I'd like to help you with that. Reach out today
