K&R Painting and Plastering is looking to hire an experienced Lead Hand for its primary painting and plastering crew.
We are a new P&P company in St. John's, with work lined up to start immediately. We are looking for a person that wants an opportunity to build a business with us. This position has career potential, not just an hourly wage!
The Lead Hand will be responsible for all aspects of executing P&P jobs including:
- bidding work
- handling client inquires
- organizing schedules of work
- plastering and painting of new homes and renovations alongside other crew members
- supervising crew members on the job site
- ensuring work is executed in a safe and efficient manner
Salary to be negotiated. Profit Sharing potential available for the right individual.
