* *Experience:* Minimum 1 year in similar field; Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O-level, A-level or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker).
* *Education Qualifications:* O Level or A Level / HSC / Graduation in any discipline
* *Probation Period* : 3-6 Months depending on performance
* *Job Responsibility/Description* :
* o Make outbound calls to USA / Canada customers and handle different topics according to the communication script.
* o Identify customers` needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
* o Sell services / products over the phone as per the instructions provided.
* o Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
* o Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
