July Market Update 📊⁣🏠

For the month of June, Saskatoon had 793 new listings, 539 homes sold, and the average days on market for listings was 26 days. ⁣⁣Last month, the average benchmark price for single family detached homes was $520,900 (⬆4%), townhouses were $368,600 (⬆ 1%) and ⁣condos were $262,800 (⬆1%) from July 2025.

Currently, in Saskatoon, there are 928 active residential listings on the market compared to last year at 600. There were 108 sales this past week and 124 sales the year before. There were also 178 new listings this week and 86 new listings at the same time last year.
