Back to school, birthdays, fun with friends, busy workdays, good food, family time, sports, lots of laughs.

September was full in the best kind of way.

Now it’s October 1st, and somehow we’re officially in the final stretch of 2026?! 🤯

I get asked sometimes if I love real estate… and the answer is yes 🤍

But somewhere along the way, I realized it’s not really the houses that make me love this job.

It’s the people.

It’s helping someone buy their first home. Handing over the keys. Talking through the nerves, celebrating the wins, solving the unexpected problems, and getting to be part of some pretty big life moments.

The houses are fun (and you know I appreciate a good kitchen), but the relationships I’ve built along the way?

That’s the best part.

Very grateful I get to call this my job 🏡🔑🥂

September feels like back-to-routine season… which also makes it a pretty great time to start thinking about what’s next.

If buying a home is somewhere on your 2027 radar, you don’t need to wait until January (or spring!) to start figuring things out.

Learn the market. Figure out your budget. Narrow down what you actually want. Tour a few homes. Ask all the questions.
No pressure to buy, just getting yourself in a good position so when the right home comes along, you’re ready.

Future you will be glad you started 🤍

Is the Saskatoon market FINALLY starting to shift?

A little more inventory, a little more breathing room… but Saskatoon is still very much a seller’s market. 🏡

August brought 446 sales, 730 new listings and a $444,700 benchmark price.

What I’m noticing? Buyers finally have a few more options, but the good ones are still moving quickly. And for sellers, pricing + presentation are becoming even more important.

Overall, things are feeling slightly more balanced… but we’re not quite there yet!

And if you’re not buying or selling? File this away for your Thanksgiving dinner... you’re welcome for the conversation starter.

Real estate advice has a funny way of getting passed down like a family recipe. 😂

“My coworker told me…”

Sometimes they’re right! But the market changes, lending rules change, and every transaction is different.

So consider this my official application to retire a few real estate myths.

August, you really said blink and you’ll miss it. 🥲☀️

A camera roll full of lake days, golf, work, family, friends, sunshine and all the little moments in between. The kind of month you wish you could stretch out just a liiiiittle longer.

And somehow tomorrow we officially enter the BER months…

I love fall as much as the next girl, but I’m not quite ready to pack up summer yet.

So where are we at 🍁 fully embracing fall or ☀️ holding onto summer with everything you’ve got?
