Five Years❤️ – February 1st marked the fifth anniversary of Clarity Law. When I started five years ago, I was all by myself in a small office with the hope that I could eventually get enough clients to pay my overhead. I had a one year old and a three year old at the time and the world was still very much in the middle of COVID. I didn’t quite know how I was going to start and run a business, but I knew I could.

There have been many challenges over the last five years, but I am so incredibly proud of what I have built. I am so thankful for everyone who has supported me on this journey so far. I can’t wait to see what the next five years bring! 😀

It’s official! As of March 1st, we started sharing an office space with Elizabeth Williamson at Williamson Law. So excited to be sharing the space with such an incredible woman!

When I first decided to open my own firm, I called Elizabeth out of the blue. I introduced myself and asked for any wise words of advice she had as a sole practitioner. She took the time to share her tips and tricks simply out of the kindness of her heart. I am so thankful for people like her who have helped me in this journey. I am so thrilled to have her right beside me in this next chapter. ❤️🥰🎉

On February 1st, three years ago, I officially launched Clarity Law. I didn’t know exactly how I would get enough clients to make a sustainable business, or just what it would be like to practice on my own, but I could feel that it was going to work. I knew deep down this was my path and I embraced the uncertainty without hesitation.

I love having this anniversary date to stop and acknowledge how far I have come and to give thanks for everything I have. I am grateful for the challenges I have faced in my business as they provided many opportunities for learning and growth. I am grateful for the family, friends, colleagues, and business contacts that have supported and encouraged me. I am also so incredibly grateful for everyone who has trusted me as their lawyer.

There will be some big business changes coming up in the next few weeks and I can’t wait for this next chapter to start! 🥰😀
