His findings? A little work now = fewer surprises when New Brunswick winter decides to show up.

Before the temperatures really start to drop, Rupert recommends:
🐾 Clear those gutters: leaves and debris can build up quickly this time of year.
🐾 Check your weather stripping: take a look around doors and windows for drafts before heating season gets into full swing.
🐾 Test smoke & carbon monoxide detectors: and replace batteries if needed.
🐾 Disconnect exterior hoses and get outdoor faucets ready for freezing temperatures.
🐾 Give your heating system some attention: change filters and book any maintenance that's due.
🐾 Tidy up outside: put away or cover patio furniture, tools and anything else you don't want spending a New Brunswick winter outdoors.
And finally…
🐾 Stock up on cozy blankets and treats.

🍁 Keep up with the leaves. A freshly raked yard, clear walkway and tidy entrance instantly make the exterior feel more cared for.

🍁 Refresh your curb appeal. Swap tired summer planters for simple fall greenery, mums or a few pumpkins. Keep it welcoming without going overboard.

Congratulations to my wonderful sellers of this beautiful property on Bradley Lake! There’s something pretty special about waking up to those views, and I know leaving them behind is a little bittersweet.

August was BUSY — lots of houses, lots of kilometres, lots of coffee, a few “what day is it?” moments 😂 — and I wouldn’t change a thing.

Is fall actually a good time to buy a home? 🍂

You might be surprised!

Spring and summer tend to get a lot of attention in real estate, but your home search doesn't have to end when the leaves start changing.

Depending on the market, fall may bring fewer buyers competing for the same properties and touring at this time of year can also give you a different perspective on a home.

You may notice things like:

🏡 CLOSING DAY | 153 CENTERTON ROAD 🔑❤️

For 52 years, this house was more than four walls and a roof. It was home. It raised a family, held decades of memories, celebrations, milestones and all those everyday moments that become the ones we treasure most.

Today, that chapter officially comes to a close, and a new family gets the opportunity to make this special place their own.

Selling a longtime family home is never just a real estate transaction. There are a whole lot of emotions wrapped up in handing over those keys, and I am truly honoured that I was trusted to be a small part of this family’s journey.

To my wonderful seller and the entire family, thank you for putting your trust in me. It has been an absolute privilege. ❤️
