✨ Sometimes you just have to find a way to make it happen. ✨

This one tested us, but it also reminded me exactly why I love what I do. ❤️

My amazing clients/friends had poured so much work, love and countless hours renovating their home from top to bottom. Then out of the blue we found the one — a home so perfect for their family.

We got their offer accepted… but there was a little catch.

We had just 3 DAYS to get an accepted offer on their home so we could meet conditions — and it wasn’t even on the market yet. 😅

Challenge accepted. 👏

We moved FAST. We got their home ready, listed, marketed and in front of buyers, and within that tiny window, we got the accepted offer we needed and kept their dream home within reach.

And that was only the beginning. There were hurdles, stressful phone calls, unexpected roadblocks and more than a few moments where we had to pivot, problem-solve and figure out how to keep everything moving forward.

But every time something stood in our way, we found a way through it. 💪

I’m incredibly proud to say that BOTH homes are officially CLOSED and my wonderful clients are settling into the home they fought so hard for. 🏡🔑
