اصلاً بحث نداشتن پول کافی نیست. مشکل اینه که استراتژی نداری، خیلی‌ها منتظر می‌مونن تا پولشون به «خانه رویایی» برسه، بعد بخرن.
نتیجه؟ بازار بالا میره و کلاً از قطار جا می‌مونن.
واقعیت اینه:
لازم نیست قدم اول، خونه‌ی نهایی‌ت باش.فقط کافیه وارد بازی بش.
با یه خرید هوشمندانه تو منطقه و زمان درست:
۱. سرمایه‌ت رو از تورم نجات میدی.
۲. از رشد بازار سود می‌بری.
۳. چند سال بعد، همین ملک میشه پل رسیدن به خونه رویایی‌ت.
منتظر معجزه نشو، با همون بودجه‌ای که داری بازی رو شروع کن.

اکثر فروشنده‌ها فکر می‌کنند بازار الان کاملاً خوابیده و هیچ تحرکی نداره. اما واقعیت این نیست.
بازار فقط سخت‌گیرتر شده.
خریداران دیگه از روی احساسات تصمیم نمی‌گیرند. با بالا رفتن هزینه‌ها و زیاد شدن گزینه‌ها، تمام جزئیاتِ یک ملک زیر ذره‌بین میره. اگه خانه‌ای قیمت‌گذاری درست داشته باشه و خوب نگهداری شده باشه، هنوز هم خریدار خودش رو داره. اما اگه قیمت غیرواقعی باشه یا ملک ایراد اساسی داشته باشه، کلاً دیده نمیشه.

یه روزی می‌فهمی خلوت‌ترین جای دنیا، همین شلوغیِ شهره وقتی اون کسی که باید باشه، نیست...
آدما فقط نگاتو می‌بینن، اما هیچ‌کس نمی‌فهمه پشت انعکاسِ این برج‌ها و خیابونا، چقدر جا خالی داری. جوونی سپری شد و ما فقط تماشاگرِ رفتنِ همدیگه شدیم.
