Today at Delmanor Elgin Mills our residents enjoyed a Chef Demonstration hosted by our Chef Michael! Michael showed the residents how to make Ratatouille. The residents enjoyed a delicious tasting of the dish at the end of the demonstration. 🫑🍆🧑‍🍳🍅

Thank you to everyone who joined us at A Taste of Delmanor Elgin Mills! Our Chef and Culinary team prepared different tastings for our guests: Portobello Frites, Bacon and Scallop Wrapped, Sticky Chicken Drumettes, Miso
Black Cod, Beef Empanada, and Salmon Cornets. For dessert our guests sampled Plantain Spring Rolls & Cheesecake lollipops. It was an amazing day touring people around the community and having everyone experience a taste of what it would be like to live at our community!
