July market stats are in from SRA:

“City of Regina
Regina reported 382 residential sales in July, down seven percent year-over-year but over 18 percent above the 10-year average for the month.
 
New listings improved modestly throughout the month, but steady sales once again prevented any meaningful inventory relief. Of the 755 units available at month’s end, 208 were conditionally sold and expected to leave the market. When factoring in conditional sales, Regina heads into August with 1.43 months of supply.
 
Regina’s residential benchmark price was $349,800 in July, down from the prior record of $356,400 set in June and three percent higher than July 2025.”
