August market stats are in! According to SRA:
“City of Regina
Regina reported 332 residential sales in August, outpacing the 10-year historical average despite a seven percent decline compared to August 2025.
Nearly 500 new listings came to market throughout the month, the second consecutive month with year-over-year gains. However, steady demand continues to prevent meaningful supply relief. Of the 797 units available at month’s end, 224 were conditionally sold and expected to leave the market. When factoring in conditional sales, Regina heads into September with 1.72 months of supply, up slightly from 1.43 in early August.
Regina’s residential benchmark price was $348,900 in August, down slightly from $349,800 in July, but over three percent higher than August 2025.”
