After making the fast track option to finish his study, he was able to earn his Graduate Studies of Canadian Diploma in Immigration Practitioner Program from the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) e-Academy in a year. He likes doing photography and blogging. His passion is always to share his knowledge with everyone and to help others succeed. His video blog on YouTube is named, "WalkingJ Canada", as his life quote is, "Run for your goals as life is time-bounded. If you get tired, just walk to keep you going, but do not ever stop." Jayvee is looking forward to working with the clients in achieving their Canadian dream like them.

23rd Employer Position Assessment Approval! Now at 391 Successfully Represented Applications!

Congratulations to our employer client in Regina, Saskatchewan. Their Employer Position Assessment was approved yesterday.

You saw the certification post earlier. This is what came next, and it is the step that actually matters.

The timeline, because this one had a clock on it.

September 3. EPA submitted, with every requirement built and every document in place.

September 18. Approved.

From the day the employer first signed with us to an approved EPA was 24 days. This includes the days we have to wait for the decision makers.

Here is why the EPA is the one to care about. Certification gets an employer into the system. The EPA is what gets a specific position assessed and approved, and until that happens, no worker can be nominated against it. However good your employee is, however badly you need them, everything waits on this.

The status now reads open for candidate submissions. That is the green light.

And it has already been used. The candidate has been named on the EPA and approved, invited on September 18, with ten days to validate an00d until November 17 to submit the complete SINP application.

So the employer's half is finished. The worker's half starts now, and it starts on a clock.

Now the part we want you to hear.

Urgent files are not a problem to us. They are what we are built for.

When a permit is weeks from expiring, when an intake window is about to close, when a worker is one deadline away from losing everything they have built here, that is exactly when experience matters most. Not because we can rush the government, because nobody can. Because we know precisely what must be in that file, in what order, and we do not waste a single day finding out.

That is the difference between a file that moves and a file that sits.

Twenty four days. No requests for more information. Nothing sent back.

To the workers reading this, if your permit is running out and you have been told to wait and see, please do not wait and see.

To the business owners reading this, if you have a good employee you cannot afford to lose, the paperwork is not the obstacle you think it is. It just needs someone who has done it before.

Bring us the urgent ones. We will tell you honestly what is possible, and then we will go and do it.

Congratulations once again, and thank you for trusting Olcorp with your Saskatchewan immigration needs.

Another SINP Nomination Approved! Our 62nd SINP Nomination!

Congratulations to our client from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on the approval of his Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program nomination under the Agriculture Talent Pathway!

This approval marks our 62nd SINP Nomination, bringing our overall total to 390 successfully represented application approvals since December 2021.

His work permit expires on September 25.

The nomination was issued on September 17. Eight days to spare.

He came to see me back in March with one question. His permit was running out, and he wanted to know how to use the time he had left to reach permanent residence.

So we made a plan. And he followed it. Every document, every deadline, every step, done on time.

SINP received the application on September 13 and issued the nomination on September 17. Four days.

Thank you to SINP for moving quickly and for understanding what was at stake. And thank you to our client, because a file only moves that fast when nothing is missing from it.

No maintained status. No gap. No panic. We can now file his work permit extension and permanent residence application calmly, the way it should be done.

Six months ago this was just a question. Today it is a nomination, with a week to spare.

That is what planning early looks like.

Congratulations once again! We wish you every success as you move forward with your permanent residence application.

69th and 70th Work Permit Extension and our 39th Study Permit Extension Approvals! Now at 389 Successfully Represented Applications!

Congratulations to our family client of three from Regina, Saskatchewan. Both parents approved for work permit extension, and their son approved for his study permit extension.

Here is the part worth understanding, because it is the question that keeps nominated families awake at night.

Their permanent residence application is taking longer than expected. That is the reality right now, and there is nothing any of us can do to hurry IRCC along.

But they are SINP nominated. And a nomination is not a one-time ticket that expires if the PR application runs slow. It is standing proof that Saskatchewan wants this family here, and it supports work permit after work permit for as long as the PR application takes.

So the parents keep working. Their son keeps studying. All three permits run to March 2028, and if the PR decision has not landed by then, we file again. The delay does not cost them their jobs, their schooling, or their place here. It just costs them time.

A slow PR application is frustrating. It is not dangerous, as long as somebody is keeping your status intact while you wait.

That is the job.

Congratulations once again, and thank you for trusting Olcorp with your Canadian immigration journey!

18th eTA Approval! Now at 386 Successfully Represented Applications!

Congratulations to our client, a solo artist whose Electronic Travel Authorization was approved yesterday.

Applied at 12:47 in the afternoon. Approved at 3:38. Under three hours, start to finish.

He is booked to perform in Canada in 2027, so this could have waited. It did not have to be done now. But an eTA is valid for five years, and his runs to September 2031, which means he is not just cleared for the 2027 date. He is cleared for every trip between now and then. Any booking, any invitation, any last-minute offer. He can simply say yes and get on the plane.

That is the difference between solving the trip in front of you and solving the next five years of them. Artists get opportunities on short notice. Now the paperwork will never be the reason he has to turn one down.

An eTA is electronically linked to the passport it was issued against, so if he renews that passport, he will need a new one. That is the one thing to watch.

Congratulations once again, and thank you for trusting Olcorp with your Canadian immigration journey!

4th Citizenship Approval! Now at 385 Successfully Represented Applications!

Congratulations to our client from Regina, SK, who has just been invited to take the Oath of Citizenship.

This is the one at the end of the road. Not a permit, not an extension, not another year of status to keep track of. The last step before becoming a Canadian citizen.

Most people only see the ceremony. What comes before it is years of doing everything right: keeping status valid, meeting the physical presence days, passing the test, filing a clean application. Citizenship is not granted for showing up. It is earned across years of decisions that all had to line up.

The Oath is scheduled. After that, a Canadian citizen.

There is no higher approval we get to announce than this one.

Congratulations once again, and thank you for trusting Olcorp with your Canadian immigration journey!

Just in! Two Super Visa Approvals today! Now at 384 Successfully Represented Applications!

Congratulations to our client parents from Bangladesh, approved today, and to the family in Regina who has been waiting for them.

Filed August 27. Approved September 14. Eleven business days, both applications, no interview and no requests for anything further, despite the delays in biometrics scheduling in Bangladesh.

A Super Visa is not an ordinary visitor visa. It allows parents and grandparents to stay for up to five years at a time, with multiple entries over ten years, which is the difference between a short visit and actually being part of daily life here. Birthdays. Winters. Grandchildren growing up in front of you instead of on a screen.

Both now have passport requests to finalize, and then they travel.

This one is personal for the family waiting in Regina, Saskatchewan. They worked hard to build something here, and part of what you build is the ability to bring your parents to see it. That moment at the airport is worth every form.

Congratulations once again, and thank you for trusting Olcorp with your Canadian immigration journey!
