Here's what my job looks like... it's pretty awesome. This is an iGuide tour I did for Garret E Cook of an incredible acreage in the Penhold area... this home is going to make someone very happy- take a looky. It's coming on the market tomorrow.

HDR or no HDR? What is it? Well- here is a great example of why HDR is better for real estate (swipe to see photo) It’s a combination of multiple exposures put into one photo. Basically- we can expose for indoors and outdoors at the same time- showing detail in and out. Without HDR, you have to choose to expose for inside (darker) or outside (lighter), resulting in blown out skies with no color and little to no detail outdoors. Also- with HDR, your indoor light color is neutral- no more yellow color cast.
All around, it’s a higher quality, more detailed, and more appealing photo.
What’s the cost difference? Regular flash photos are $125 and HDR (up to 30 images) is $200.
And 100% worth it.

They say it’s all in the details… and here’s a beauty. This basement bathroom was incredible (swipe to see the whole room)- and their hard work paid off with an accepted offer within a day of listing! They also had some incredible realtors working for them! (.chelseazimmerman and .garrettzimmerman )

Symmetry makes my photography brain happy. And this houses’ symmetry and angles were all thought out and executed meticulously. I’m back! I’ve fought my best against the COVID beast and am ready to get back to work! (Although- not 100% yet- heard that takes a while? It’s been 2 weeks and I’m itching to get back to normal!)
Those of you who fought the virus- when did you get your energy back and feel like a normal human again? Some days I feel like I’ve kicked it, and then the next I feel like I’ve got a cold again.
Anyways- if you need photos and iGuide tours- I’m good to go! (I can mask up if you or your clients feel more comfortable)
Thanks to .ab for covering my shoots while I was down.

With an unobstructed view of the lake outside and a warm fire burning inside- this home is perfect this time of year…. Actually- ALL year! Walk across the street to take a dip in Sylvan Lake in the summer and watch the sunset from the front porch. This home has so much to offer- including a cabin in the backyard! Downstairs is suited as well with a walkout. High vaulted ceilings, large windows with lots of natural light, 2 fireplaces- add it to your ‘must see’ list! How’s THIS for a stove?! I can imagine making Christmas dinner here. But someone else. Because I’ve never cooked a turkey in my life. 🤷🏻‍♀️ And I’m scared to try. (But maybe if I had a kitchen like this I would?)

How’s this for a little Saturday morning oasis? I could handle it. Just outside the door is the sunroom that overlooks the outdoor pool and just to the right of that- a hot tub. 🥹 I don’t think I’d ever leave if this were mine.
