Servicing Red Deer and Surrounding Areas. All inclusive package includes service of documents, completion of Affidavit of Service, and filing with appropriate Court.
Regular Service: up to 10 business days
$200 dollars plus $0.65/km from Red Deer. Includes up to 3 attempts, and 30 min waiting time between first and second attempt. Additional stand by rate at $50 per hour can be arranged.
*If service completed on first attempt, $140 flat fee special
Should service not be successful, $50 per page fee completion of Affidavit of Non-Service outlining attempts and filed with the appropriate Court.
Must provide a valid residential address to effect service, as we will not attempt service at a persons place of employment.
Rush services: less than 10 business days
