It’s no secret how passionate I am about the importance of hospice. Over the years, I’ve spoken many times on my social media about my Dad, his time at hospice and the lasting impact that experience had on me and my family.⁣

My Dad passed away at hospice in 2006, and the care, compassion and support the Prince George Hospice Palliative Care Society gave him -and all of us- during an incredibly difficult time is something I will never forget.⁣

That’s why I’m turning every successful real estate transaction into an opportunity to give back.⁣

From now through December 31, 2026, whenever you buy or sell a home with me and the transaction successfully completes and registers, I’ll donate $250 to the Prince George Hospice Palliative Care Society.

I’ll make one lump-sum donation in early January 2027 based on all qualifying transactions that successfully complete and register during the campaign.⁣

New people coming through, doors opening and closing, furniture moving and routines changing can all be confusing for our pets.⁣

A few ways to make it easier on them:⁣

🐾 Keep feeding, walks and bedtime as close to their normal routine as possible⁣
🐾 Take them for a walk or outing during showings⁣
🐾 Keep a familiar bed, blanket or favourite toy somewhere they can relax⁣
🐾 Give them a quiet, safe space during packing and moving⁣
🐾 Be extra careful with open doors during showings⁣
🐾 And don’t forget a few extra treats and cuddles - they’re moving too! ❤️⁣
