Mike and Yasith had a fantastic evening at the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce’s Savour the Summer: Epic Patio Party! ☀️

Both were thrilled to step away from the office for the evening and enjoy the opportunity to connect with fellow members of our community, local businesses, and the Mayor of Coquitlam.

It was a wonderful evening filled with great conversations, new connections, and plenty of summer fun.

Tonight, our lawyer Yasith “Yaz” had the opportunity to attend the Newcomer Legal Literacy Café, hosted by The Legal Compass at the Coquitlam Public Library.

Yaz presented on Employment Law for New Immigrants, helping newcomers better understand their rights in the workplace and navigate some of the legal issues they may encounter as they begin working in Canada.

We’re proud to have members of our team involved in initiatives that make legal information more accessible and help people feel informed and empowered within their communities.

We’re pleased to introduce Negin Saberi, who joined our team in March.

Negin practices primarily in family law, assisting clients with a wide range of matters, including property division, parenting disputes, child support, spousal support, and marriage and separation agreements. She also has experience handling international marriages and complex cross-border family law issues, bringing valuable insight to matters involving diverse clients and multiple jurisdictions.

Known for her compassionate and client-focused approach, Negin understands that family law matters often arise during some of life’s most challenging moments. She is committed to providing strong, effective advocacy while working toward practical resolutions through alternative dispute resolution whenever possible. When litigation is necessary, she skillfully advocates for her clients and has represented individuals in both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Fluent in both Farsi and English, Negin is uniquely positioned to support clients from a variety of backgrounds with care, understanding, and practical guidance.
