Here are typical documents you should have at your disposal:
💼 Employment letter from current employer
💵 Proof of income: Pay stubs or stated in the employment letter

I am happy that the is to a very nice gentlemen. His name is Christian and he travels frequently for work but he always wants to find his way back to Montreal and live the . You can tell that he has the attitude when you speak with him.

He looked at several but the Louis Boheme caught his attention. It’s located at the core of downtown right above Place-Des-Arts Metro station so it’s very convenient to get around. Even by foot. 24/7 concierge security at the reception desk is a big plus.

This is the awesome part of . In this case, meeting Christian was a big highlight even though I was representing the seller. I just know that this was the right fit.

I had the immense pleasure to help John and Elli as their to find their new home as they are getting to move in together to start their new lives as husband and wife.

John told me that he would love to have a room for his home gym and for Elli to have an office space.

We found this unit that has a basement space for John to stack all of his gym equipment. Best of all, he has access to a garage that can fit 2 cars.
