Ten years ago, I jumped into real estate with ambition, nerves, and a strong desire to build something meaningful and long-term. Yesterday marks exactly 10 years in this industry, and I can honestly say the journey has shaped me in more ways than I ever expected.

Over the last decade, I’ve grown tremendously not just professionally, but personally. I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible people, building lifelong relationships, and watching so many of you step into new chapters. I’ve seen couples become newly weds talking about wanting to start a family together by turning their first homes into family homes or single people after a hard break up start over again (as hard as that may be), empty nesters downsize to something simple and easy amongst so many other situations. Seeing it all happen and being a small part of that journey over the years is pretty special!

The transactions are important but the relationships are what matter most. So many of you have become close friends, and that’s something I’m deeply grateful for. Real estate is more than contracts and negotiations; it’s one of the biggest decisions people make in their lives. Being invited into that process is something I never take lightly.
