📢 Big Announcement

After many years of helping clients buy and sell real estate, I’m excited to share that I’ve officially stepped into a new role as Branch Manager – Broker with Royal LePage RCR Realty.

This wasn’t an easy decision. Real estate has been a huge part of my life, and I’m incredibly grateful for the trust and relationships I’ve built with so many amazing clients over the years.

Moving forward, my focus will be on supporting and mentoring a fantastic group of Realtors across multiple offices, helping them grow their businesses and continue delivering exceptional service to their clients.

While I’ll no longer be personally trading in real estate, I’m still very much here for guidance, advice, and to help point you in the right direction.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way — I truly appreciate it.

🚨 Carbon Monoxide Alarm Rules Now in Effect (As of January 1, 2026) 🚨

If your home has:
✔️ A gas/propane/oil furnace
✔️ A fireplace or wood stove
✔️ An attached garage

There are updated carbon monoxide alarm requirements you should know about.

As of January 1, 2026, CO alarms are required:
• Near all sleeping areas
• On every level of the home (even if there are no bedrooms on that floor)

This applies to most detached homes, townhomes, cottages — and rental properties.

It’s a small upgrade that makes a big difference in safety.

Projects like this are always interesting to watch. When national brands invest in small towns, it’s usually a strong sign of growth and confidence in the community.
