Meet Jillian A. C. Roloff, J.D. — a proud Ottawa-area lawyer with strong community ties and a passion for practical, client-focused legal solutions.
Raised in Nepean, Jillian began her academic journey at Carleton University, where she graduated with a Highest Honours B.A. She then went on to earn her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.
While in law school, Jillian was part of the Mediation Advocacy Team, achieving national recognition with a first-place finish at the Canadian National Mediation Advocacy Competition. Her team also earned an impressive third-place standing internationally at the ICC Mediation Advocacy Competition in Paris. These experiences helped shape her commitment to resolving disputes through efficient, collaborative approaches.
Following her articling experience at a prominent Ottawa firm, Jillian spent two years overseas doing volunteer work before returning home to continue building her legal career. She joined Anders, Young, Strong & Jonah in 2013, later becoming part of Anders Roloff. In 2024, her practice evolved into Roloff Legal, reflecting her leadership and continued growth.
Today, Jillian leads a team known for being approachable, down-to-earth, and mindful of cost-effective solutions. Clients also appreciate the warm, welcoming office atmosphere—complete with friendly office dogs.
Jillian is a member of the Carleton County Law Association and the Law Society of Ontario.
