During Asian Heritage Month, we celebrate growing creative ties between Canada and Asia — including the newly modernized Canada–South Korea audiovisual coproduction treaty signed on April 22, 2026. The agreement replaces the 1995 MOU and expands beyond television to include film and digital media, introducing a more flexible framework that reflects where the industry is today.
