This was recorded at our pop up podcast at the soldbyroa / edmundoroa.ca booth. We had the chance to sit down with Alfonso and a number of great people throughout the weekend and have some really solid conversations.

I continue to be impressed by Alfonso and his team. The vision is clear, and the ex*****on shows.

The WealthGenius crew and the Expand volunteers put on a great conference. The energy all weekend was noticeable. I was exhausted just standing around talking, while they were constantly moving, organizing, and making sure everyone was where they needed to be and enjoying themselves.

Very impressive organization.

Nothing in life is perfect and there are always a few kinks to work through, but overall, great show.

Looking forward to the next one.

Great weekend so far at the WealthGenius Expand Conference here at the Château Laurier.

Set up at my booth, edmundoroa.ca / soldbyroa, and having a lot of solid conversations with investors and vendors across the space. This is where the real value is right now, getting in front of the right people and understanding what is actually happening on the ground.

We’ve been sitting down with architects, property managers, landscapers and GCs all focused on multi residential development through pop up podcast interviews with Strongvine Marketing. A lot of good insights into their respective businesses and what is actually working in today’s market.
