⚽ Planning to visit Canada for FIFA World Cup 2026™?
Whether you’re coming to support your national team, attend matches in Toronto or Vancouver, or simply experience the excitement of the tournament, now is the time to start preparing your travel documents.
Many travellers will require either a visitor visa or an eTA to enter Canada. There is currently no special FIFA visa, and having a match ticket does not guarantee entry into Canada.
IRCC has encouraged visitors to apply early and identify their application as related to the FIFA World Cup 2026.
🚨 Important: Canada recently introduced temporary Ebola-related immigration measures affecting certain foreign nationals residing in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, and South Sudan. These measures may affect travel plans and visa processing.
At Azzi Law, we assist with:
◾️Visitor visa applications
◾️eTA eligibility assessments
◾️Complex visitor visa refusals
◾️FIFA World Cup travel planning
◾️Ebola-related immigration restrictions and exemptions
Don’t wait until the last minute.
