We need Parliament to enact laws that protect children even before they are born.

Around 1,300 late-term abortions are estimated to occur in Canada every year.

From 2007–2020, an average of 600 abortions past 20 weeks were reported annually in Canadian hospitals outside Quebec. Based on available data, our best estimate is 1,386 late-term abortions in 2020.

CIHI stopped reporting gestational age in 2021, but the number of late-term abortions had remained remarkably consistent for 14 years.
