The President of NLPI investigations, Norman Lalonde has been providing investigation services in the provinces of Ontario and Quebec for over 25 years. The firm’s team of experienced and trained surveillance investigators in the Greater Toronto, Kingston, Ottawa and Quebec regionshave handled thousands of investigations. The surveillance team consists of female and male investigators. Support services including a licensed polygraph examiner and a qualified Statement Analysis expert.
Along with providing our clients with quality and discreet investigation services, one of our firm’s mandates is to provide excellent customer service with a 15-30 day turnaround. We are PIPEDA compliant and members of CPIO (Council of Private Investigators of Ontario). Our firm is fully bonded and carries the required requisite liability insurance.
Task
- Management of emails and telephone. /Gestion des courriels et appels téléphoniques.
- Assist in the preparation of investigation report. / Aider à la préparation de rapports d'enquête.
- Develop and maintain a ranking system/ Développer et maintenir un système de classement.
- Create and submit invoices. /Créer et soumettre des factures.
- Gave information by answering questions and requests. / Fournir des informations en répondant aux questions et demandes.
- Generate reports. /Générer des rapports.
- Perform different administrative tasks such as ranking and files management. / Effectuer des tâches administratives tels que le classement et la gestion de dossiers.
- Assist the investigators. / Assister les enquêteurs.
- Manage sensitive information confidentiality. /Gérer les informations sensibles de manière confidentielle.
- Solve problems. / Résoudre les problèmes administratifs.
