We're hiring! Vintage Law is seeking a law clerk to fill a full-time position working in residential real estate. This is an in-person position out of our east end Ottawa office at 2518 Old Montreal Road and is an opportunity to become part of a growing team with a great working atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be hard-working and self-motivated, and will possess the ability to work in a team as well as independently in order to meet deadlines. We're hiring! Vintage Law is a client-centric law firm working primarily in the fields of Real Estate and Wills & Estates. We are currently seeking an organized and team-oriented individual to join our group in an administrative capacity. The individual will benefit from a supportive culture that encourages growth and a work-life balance. This is an in-person position out of our east end office at 2518 Old Montreal Road.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Office management and maintenance of filing systems
- Prepare and send legal correspondence
- Reception duties
- Communicate with clients and other legal professionals
- General office work as required

The ideal candidate will have:
- advanced organizational skills
- ability to work independently
- computer skills with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
- excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, lawyers, and officials
