Responsibilities

We are looking for a Vietnamese / English Interpreter and translator to join our team on a part-time, hybrid basis. This role will be located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and will have flexibility for some remote work. The Interpreter and translator will be responsible for interpreting and translating documents, assisting clients with visa applications, and facilitating communication between clients and our team of professionals.

Qualifications

Fluency in both Vietnamese and English. Speaking Chinese preferred
A degree or diploma in interpreting, translation or a related field
Demonstrated experience in interpreting and translation, ideally within the immigration context
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese or Chinese
Experience with client service, ideally in an immigration or legal context
Excellent organizational and time management skills
An aptitude for working independently, as well as in a team-based environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and abide by professional ethics
