BEHIND EVERY CLOUD
COVID has forced the courts into the 21st century, so that we can now make many court appearances, meetings, and settlement conferences via zoom from the comfort of our home offices and the homes of our clients.
For appointments, we can arrange zoom calls so that our clients do not have to trek from their homes to our offices, and most documents can be signed electronically.
The efficiency gained by these systems will result in faster processing of claims in the future. Unfortunately, the courts were shut down for two years due to COVID and are very backlogged at the present time.

Insurance companies would like you to believe injured people want more than they deserve. But if you ask a poor soul who has had to deal with these heartless companies, you will find very few who got a fair shake.
Many insurance companies just keep saying no because many people won’t fight them.
That is why lawyers will work for you and only get paid if they win. However you must carefully choose your lawyer because many who advertise have never gone to court and get lower settlements because they aren’t fighters.
I have fought in every level of court over the last 42 years.

So if a jury gives you $40,000 for pain and suffering, you get $3,000 only, and the jury is never told this before they decide.
