EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE LAW CLERK REQUIRED

LMT Legal is a family law and real estate firm located in Scarborough. We are looking to hire a professional and experienced real estate clerk. The incumbent will possess a minimum of 3-4 years experience; they MUST be able to work independently from start to finish.

DUTIES:

Prepare & manage files
Correspond with other law firms and clients
Regular bank visits
Must be comfortable with MS Office, Firmcentral, Conveyancer and Teraview
Directly support the principal lawyer
Other duties as required

REQUISITE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a real estate law clerk
Law Clerk Certificate
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives under minimal supervision and under pressure
